If you visit health food stores, there's a lot of ready-meal kits and frozen entrees out that cater to vegans and strict vegetarians, and most of them advertise "vegan" on the package, so be sure to look for that. The above-mentioned ones are some of our favorites

Where do I buy these products?
Many of these vegan and vegetarian ready-meals, meals-for-one, and frozen entrees are available in health food stores and grocers in the baking section. You can also purchase some of them online through the manufacturer (linked above) or their retailers. If you have difficulty finding these vegan and vegetarian meals and entrees at your local store, ask a clerk to help you; if your local store doesn't carry these products, politely request them.
