IMHO, Whole Soy^® Frozen Cultured Soy is the smoothiest, creamiest vegan / vegetarian ice cream alternative on the market. And it has cultured soy--(think vegan yogurt), which allows me to convince myself I'm actually eating a health food. Best of all, the Chocolate Hazelnut and Mocha Fudge totally rock my world.

Where do I buy these products?
Many of these vegan and vegetarian ice cream alternatives are available in health food stores and grocers in the refrigerated section next to the other ice cream products or in a special, refrigerated, "health food" section. You can also purchase some of them online through the manufacturer (linked above) or their retailers. If you have difficulty finding these vegan and vegetarian ice cream products at your local store, ask a clerk to help you; if your local store doesn't carry these products, politely request them.
